Vlad Kuusk

Vlad Kuusk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure. Currently serving as Director of Cloud Infra DevOps at 8x8, Vlad leads initiatives in GitOps operations and implements a company-wide observability project using Grafana Labs stack. Previous roles include Principal DevOps Engineer at Roche Molecular Systems, where Vlad developed automation for AWS organizations and contributed to CI/CD pipelines for clinical SaaS platforms, and Lead Software Engineer at Capital One, where Vlad oversaw the development of an integrated CI/CD platform. Vlad's career also features significant contributions to hybrid cloud environments and automation across various companies, including Lithium Technologies and Logitech. Vlad holds a Master's degree in Molecular Biophysics and Genetics, a PhD in Computational Chemistry, and a Bachelor's degree in General Physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
