Bethany Sensenig

Bethany L. Sensenig is a strategic CFO, Senior Business Executive and SEC Qualified Financial Expert with 20+ years of experience in developing and executing strategies that add value across finance, governance, business development, billion-dollar P&L management, and global commercial operations in Fortune 500 and startup companies.

In her most recent role as the CFO and Head of US Operations at Minovia Therapeutics, Bethany was responsible for leading the startup’s business and capital formation strategy. She established Minovia’s investor relations program, spearheaded business development and strategic collaborations with Pharma, led private fundraising initiatives, and paved the way for significant future corporate tax savings by developing a prudent tax strategy with the parent company in Israel.

Prior to Minovia, during Bethany’s 13-year tenure at Biogen, she held Finance and Commercial Operations leadership roles, leading across 30 countries spanning US, APAC, LATAM, and Europe, with accountability for a $1B+ P&L and 400+ organization. As a global commercialization and expansion leader, Bethany delivered 9 figures in annual revenue at Biogen in Specialty Medicine and Rare Disease products across the APAC region. She simultaneously led the anti-TNF Biosimilars business in Europe, growing revenue over 3X in one year.

Bethany also brings significant business development and M&A experience, having led or played key roles in multiple transactions totaling approximately $2B across Biogen and Minovia, including internationally.

Bethany holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Business from Montreat College, a Master’s in Business from Western Carolina University, and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
