Debbie Mingrino is a seasoned professional in the apparel industry with extensive experience in sales, business development, and creative direction. Currently serving as the Head of Sales and Business Development at 90 Degree by Reflex since March 2023, Debbie focuses on identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Previous roles include Head of the Kensie Girls Division and Creative Director at kensie, where Debbie was instrumental in launching the Kensie license, and Brand Manager/Merchandiser at One Step Up Apparel, managing multiple brands in girls sportswear.
