Steve Deitz

Steve Deitz is the CEO and founder of 900lbs, a creative marketing company based in Texas. Steve has over 15 years of experience in the industry, working with major brands such as Motorola, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, and Texas Instruments.

Deitz started their career as a production designer and assistant art director at Undiscovered Managers, an advertising and promotions company. Steve then moved to 1Roof Inc., where they served as the assistant creative director for two and a half years. In June 2004, they founded SD Creative, a freelance creative marketing business that focused on strategy, print design, web design, packaging, illustration, and product launch campaigns.

In May 2009, Deitz sold SD Creative and founded 900lbs. The company specializes in branding, web design, SEO, and social media marketing. Under Deitz's leadership, 900lbs has worked with clients such as Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Samsung, and LG.

Steve Deitz's educational career consists of completing a BA in Design Communication/Marketing from Texas Tech University and a BA in Design/Marketing from Western Texas College.
