Susie Tobin

Susie Tobin has extensive experience in customer engagement and consulting, currently serving as a Customer Engagement Advisor at 900lbs since June 2022. Previously, Tobin worked as a Business Consultant at Nextant and held several key positions at DXC Technology, where responsibilities included managing customer experiences in Global Engagement Centers and developing branding standards. Prior experience includes managing the Enterprise Services Customer Engagement team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and marketing and customer engagement roles at EDS Corporation, where diverse responsibilities encompassed project management and customer briefing support. Susie Tobin holds a BA in Public Affairs Administration from the University of Oklahoma and an AA in Public Affairs Administration from Cottey College.
