Mariya Shvets

Mariya Leonidova has work experience in Human Resources and recruiting. Mariya worked as a Human Resources Manager at NineTwoThree Venture Studio, where they managed HR functions such as recruiting, screening and interviewing candidates, handling contractor concerns, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Mariya also had responsibilities for onboarding, payment to contractors, professional development opportunities, performance management, and cultivating company culture. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiter at Catapult Solutions Group and Yael Acceptic, where their responsibilities included sourcing and attracting candidates, screening resumes and conducting interviews.

Mariya Leonidova has a Master's degree in Management from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Mariya also has a Master's degree in International Business from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute", which they completed from 2010 to 2016.
