Alyssa Petz

Alyssa Petz has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alyssa is currently employed as a Data Visualization Engineer at 98point6 Inc. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Data and BI at United Way from March 2020 to April 2021. Before joining United Way, Alyssa held multiple roles at Clarity Insights from 2016 to 2020, including Consultant and Senior Consultant, where they worked with top companies in various sectors to lead enterprise reporting efforts and develop self-service BI environments. Alyssa also conducted trainings for Tableau and design best practices. Alyssa's earlier experiences include working as a Packaging Engineer at Newell Rubbermaid in 2015, a Packaging Engineer Co-op at Unilever in 2014, and an R&D Packaging Intern at The Clorox Company in 2013. Alyssa also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Michigan State University from 2011 to 2013. Alyssa's work experience showcases their expertise in data visualization, BI, enterprise reporting, self-service BI environments, and packaging engineering.

Alyssa Petz attended Caledonia High School from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their secondary education. Following that, they enrolled in Michigan State University from 2010 to 2013 and obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Alyssa obtained several certifications. In May 2018, they completed the 200HR Teacher Training program at Yoga Alliance. Later, in October 2018, they obtained the Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate Certification from Tableau Software. Prior to that, in March 2016, they earned the Tableau Desktop 9 Qualified Associate certification from the same institution.
