Ted Leclair

Ted LeClair is the Deputy Commander at Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, a Co-Founder of 994 Group, the Managing Director at Saltwater Leadership, an Investor at Elemeno Health and BlueStar SeniorTech. Ted previously served as the Deputy Director for Operations at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and as a Commanding Officer in various roles within the US Navy.
