Chatura Bashika

Chatura Bashika has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at 99x since December 2022. Prior to that, they were an Associate Consultant Technology at Virtusa from June 2022 to November 2022, and a Software Engineer at Virtusa from March 2021 to May 2022. They also served as a Trainee Software Engineer at 99x from July 2020 to February 2021. Chatura began their career as a Banking Intern at Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC from March 2016 to August 2016.

Chatura Bashika began their education in 2013 at Richmond College, where they attended school until 2015. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. In 2017, Chatura enrolled at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura to pursue a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Computer Science. Chatura completed their studies in this field in 2020. In terms of additional certifications, Chatura obtained the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certification in December 2020 from Microsoft. Chatura also acquired certifications in "Functional Programming with Streams in Java 9" and "Parallel and Concurrent Programming with Java 1 and 2" in September 2022 from LinkedIn.
