Varasteanu Eugen

Varasteanu Eugen has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Network Technician at Speed Telecom. During this time, they were responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and removal of network equipment and connections. In 2008, they moved to DA-TECH Corporation as an IT Technician, providing Level 1 and 2 help desk support, as well as training staff on basic use of hardware, software, and remote access. Varasteanu then worked at UPC Business as a Helpdesk Costumer Service. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) as a Network Administrator in the Kaiserslautern District and an Administrative Technician in the Spangdahlem Elementary School. During this time, they assisted with IOS upgrades, provided operational support to resolve infrastructure problems, implemented customer-initiated change requests, monitored network performance, and established and implemented PC policies. From 2015 to 2023, they worked at S&P Global in various roles, including Technical Support Manager, Associate Manager Technical Support, Team Lead | Associate IT Support II, Endpoint Engineering Solutions SME, and Senior Field Support Engineer. Varasteanu is currently working at 9T Labs as an IT Manager, responsible for the IT infrastructure of the company, working with the Head of Software, and interacting directly with all teams.

Eugen Varasteanu's education history includes a Degree in Computers Science from Titu Maiorescu University from 2006 to 2009, and a High school of Foreign Languages from Mihai Eminescu High School from 2002 to 2006.
