Bonnie Craig

Bonnie Craig has worked in the technology industry since 1975, starting as an Assistant Accountant at Nuclear Semiconductor. Bonnie then moved to Ford Aerospace and Communications Corp (FACC) as a Configuration Manager and Security Specialist, followed by Libra Technology as a Configuration Manager. After that, they worked at Autometric Inc as a Software Configuration Manager, then at The Quality Software Factory (TQSF) as a Software Engineer. In 1996, they joined SAIC as a Sr. Configuration Manager, where they worked for nearly 17 years. In 2013, they moved to Integrated Secure as a Configuration/Release Manager, and in 2017 they joined 9th Way Insignia as a Configuration/Release Manager.

Bonnie Craig has an AA in Information Systems Management from Anne Arundel Community College, which they obtained from 1991 to 1994. Bonnie also has multiple certifications, including ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management from ITIL (obtained in November 2016), JIRA Confluence, JIRA Fundamentals, Administration, Workflows, and Reporting, and JIRA Greenhopper from Atlassian (all obtained in July 2012), IBM Certified Administrator, Rational ClearQuest v2003 from IBM (obtained in February 2010), and Certified Administrator, Rational ClearCase Windows v2003 from IBM (obtained in January 2009).
