Richard Henry

Richard Henry is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, account management, and Salesforce consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Delivery and Director of Engagement at Kavaliro since October 2021, Richard focuses on driving project execution and developing implementation proposals for clients. Previously, Richard held roles as Senior Salesforce Consultant and Salesforce Solution Architect at RAL Solutions, and also served as a Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Administrator, and ScrumMaster at Basati Salesforce Consultants. Richard’s extensive career includes leadership positions at Hanger, Inc. and Picis, as well as a foundational role at GE Healthcare. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Tusculum University.
