Cesar Moran, M.Ed, is an experienced professional in higher education and career program management, currently serving as the Manager of Career Programs at A Better Chance since February 2023. Prior to this role, Cesar held positions including Manager of The Camino Program at Manhattan College and Academic Success Coach & Retention Specialist Fellow at Merrimack College.
