Currently, Crystal is utilizing their skills as a Parent Partner at A Better Way, Inc., where Crystal ensures parents are actively involved in the development and implementation of service plans. Prior to this role, Crystal worked at Commercial Coverage Insurance Agency, Socher Insurance Agency, Hawks Insurance Associates, and Allied Brokers in various account management roles.
