Rudy Celestin

Rudy Celestin is an experienced Construction Manager with a robust background in the construction industry. Currently serving at A.D. Morgan Corporation since March 2022, Rudy previously held the same position at Kast Construction from April 2015 to November 2020. Rudy's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology, obtained from Fairleigh Dickinson University between September 1995 and December 2000.
