Deke Cateau

Deke Cateau serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at A.G. Rhodes since January 2009, overseeing clinical and business operations across three skilled nursing communities while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, Deke holds the position of Chief of Strategic Implementation, focusing on the planning and execution of new initiatives to enhance the organization's model of care. Prior to this role, Deke was the Executive Director at Savannah Square Retirement Community from January 2008 to January 2009. Deke Cateau earned a BA with an Advanced Diploma in International Relations, specializing in History and Political Science from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, between 1994 and 1998, and completed studies at Fatima College.
