Alexander Stadler, LCSW-R, is an experienced mental health professional serving as a Volunteer Staff member at A Home Within, providing pro bono talk therapy to current and former foster-homed individuals. Since August 2011, Alexander has operated a private psychotherapy practice in Midtown Manhattan, specializing in mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy. Previous roles include Social Work Care Manager at MJHS and Complex Care Manager/Behavior Specialist at the Independence Care System, working with the MLTC population. Alexander held the position of Program Director for Upper Manhattan at The Institute for Family Health, overseeing a team of clinicians in delivering evidence-based mental health treatment.
