Richard Herbert

Richard Herbert is an experienced quality assurance professional with a solid background in the aerospace and defense industries. Currently serving as an Advanced Quality Analyst at a.i. solutions since March 2022, Richard supports the Missile Defense Agency through various quality and mission assurance evaluations for the Next Generation Interceptor. Prior roles include Quality Engineer at United Launch Alliance, where Richard developed calibration lab policies and collaborated with engineering and manufacturing teams, and Quality Analyst at Northrop Grumman, focusing on system integration and quality discrepancies. Richard also has a strong foundation in quality management systems as demonstrated by previous positions at United Launch Alliance and Boeing. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Technology in Manufacturing from Athens State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from Calhoun Community College.
