Michelle Sween is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, operations management, event planning, and volunteer leadership. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at A.M. Best Company since June 2012, Michelle provides primary support to the President and Chairman and manages various functions within the Human Resources Department, including payroll and benefits. As a volunteer Director of the MidState Girls Softball League since 1997, Michelle leads the tri-county summer travel league and oversees website management and game scheduling.
