William Mills started their work experience as a Director at Carpenter Bowring in September 1984, and they held this role until December 1997. William then moved on to IPC Re where they worked as the European Representative from January 1998 to January 2000. After that, they joined Standard & Poor's where they worked as the Director of Client Business Management from July 2000 to March 2015. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Market Development, EMEA at A.M. Best Company since June 2015.
William Mills completed their education in a chronological order. From 1980 to 1984, they attended the University of Exeter, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in French and German. Afterward, they enrolled at the London Business School from 1992 to 1994 to obtain their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Lastly, from 2005 to 2008, William attended Birkbeck, University of London, where they completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation.
