Dhanish Dharman

Dhanish Dharman possesses extensive experience in engineering management and product development, particularly in the water treatment sector. Since February 2016, Dhanish has held multiple roles at A. O. Smith Corporation, culminating as Senior Engineering Manager, focusing on designing and developing new products for the Water Treatment business in India. Prior to this, Dhanish spent nearly seven years at Pentair, where responsibilities included new product development for water purifiers, concept design, market research, and engineering validation. Dhanish's career also includes leadership positions at BURSYS InfoTech, Pentair Water India, Dhiman Industries, and Hindustan New Tools, contributing to project management, value engineering, and design engineering.
