Jeff Ralph

Jeff Ralph has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and industries. Starting in 1996, they worked at E.I. DuPont Company in roles such as Six Sigma Black Belt and Business Manager, Production Area Manager, and Global Commodity Manager & Sourcing Group Leader. In 2006, they joined the Corporate Sourcing & Logistics Division of E.I. DuPont as a Global Commodity Manager & Sourcing Group Leader. In 2008, they moved to the Packaging & Industrial Polymer Division of E.I. DuPont as a Site Services Business Manager. In 2010, they transitioned to the NonWovens / Protection Technology Division of E.I. DuPont as a Continuous Improvement, Quality & Process Engineering Manager. In 2014, they joined Sontara (Member of Jacob Holm Group) as a Global Business Manager. Finally, in 2016, they founded J.R. Consulting, Inc and served as the President & Senior Consultant. In 2018, they returned to the corporate world as the Director of Global Manufacturing and Process Engineering at A. O. Smith Corporation.

Jeff Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership from Lipscomb University. Jeff also has additional certifications including a Production System/Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Six Sigma Green Belt from the E.I. DuPont Company.
