Maxime Congost

Maxime Congost is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the fashion industry, currently serving as the Head of Design for leather goods and small leather goods at Moncler since February 2024. Congost has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Design for leather goods at A.P.C. and Courrèges, where responsibilities included the creation and development of various accessory lines. Previous positions include Director of Accessories Design and Development at Proenza Schouler, and Head of Design at See By Chloé. Congost's early career features roles such as Designer for Chloé and Junior Designer for Tamara Mellon, complemented by a solid educational background from Institut français de la mode and École de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne.
