Martyn started working in crowd management back to the early 80s. Since then, he has been instrumental in brokering many legislative and best practice procedures throughout the industry. His forthright and honest approach to the most complex issues has seen him become a key player at world renown venues such as Wembley Stadium (Level 5 Manager) and at major events like Glastonbury Festival (Silver Command member). A very clear thinker who can be relied upon to make things happen, Martyn has kept AP at the forefront of the industry. Taking the Director's lead in Training, HR, and Sales and Business Development, Martyn has seen and, indeed, championed, huge change since the days of football hooliganism and unlicensed security in those heady days when his beloved Chelsea and Mott The Hoople ruled London.
