Laura Murray

Laura Murray has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. In 2004, they worked at 3M as a Quality Engineer, where they completed a Six Sigma project, developed QC training materials, and led internal ISO9001 audits. From 2006 to 2008, they served as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at the same company, leading two product launches and completing multiple Six Sigma projects. In 2009, Laura became a Manufacturing Supervisor at 3M, where they supervised a team of 25 and led a Lean Six Sigma project. In 2011, they joined dealnews.com as a Staffwriter and later became an Assistant Editor, working remotely until 2014. Currently, Laura is employed as a Junior Explosives Safety Engineer at APT (A-P-T Research, Inc.) starting in 2022.

Laura Murray attended UC Irvine from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, with a minor in Biomedical Engineering.
