Dr. Diane Schnoebelen-Kramer

Curriculum Design and Development at A Pass Educational Group

Dr. Diane Schnoebelen-Kramer has been working in the field of education since 1980. Dr. Diane began their career as a Teacher at Lincoln Junior High School, where they taught ELA to seventh and eighth grade students and also coached 8th grade girls basketball. In 1985, they moved to St. Pius X Elementary School, where they worked as a Teacher. From 1987 to 2020, they worked at Cedar Rapids Community School District in various roles, including Grants Writer, Curriculum Writer, Educator of Literacy and Language Arts, and Building Leadership Team. During this time, they led the building in ELA initiatives with extensive involvement at the district level in the areas of teacher leadership, facilities planning, Go Open, and substitute teacher shortage. Dr. Diane also wrote grants totaling over $15,000 for literacy and technology purchases for the building. In 2019, they began working at the University of Phoenix as a Student Teacher Supervisor and at Mount Mercy University as an Adjunct Professor. Dr. Diane also worked at Loras College as a Student Teacher Supervisor and at the University of Iowa as a RAPIL Student Teacher Evaluator. In 2020, they began working at A Pass Educational Group, LLC as a Curriculum Design and Development.

Dr. Diane Schnoebelen-Kramer holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from the University of the Cumberlands Graduate and Online, which they obtained in 2016. Dr. Diane also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) from the University of Iowa, which they obtained in 1984 in the field of Journalism/Communications. Her Bachelor of Arts (BA) was obtained from Coe College in 1980 in the field of Education/English.
