Matthew Lucas

Matthew Lucas is an experienced professional in grant writing and fundraising with a diverse background in various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Grant Writer at A Safe Haven Foundation since March 2018, Matthew previously worked as a Grant Writer at Saint Anthony Hospital and held temporary positions at Adler Planetarium and Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago. Matthew's earlier experience includes roles as a Grant Writer at Center on Halsted, Assistant Director of Development at Chicago State University Foundation focusing on long-term development projects, Campaign Finance Director at McLean~Clark, LLC where fundraising strategies for political candidates were developed, and as an Account Executive at Strauss Radio Strategies.
