Jim C.

Jim C. is currently the engineering lead at A.Team. Prior to that, they worked as the global lead for scaled creator development at YouTube from October 2012 to March 2017. Before their time at YouTube, Jim worked as an industry training program manager at Google from January 2008 to October 2012 where they were responsible for creating and selling training products designed to help digital marketing professionals understand both the business and technical aspects of online advertising. Additionally, Jim has also worked as a director of sales training at DoubleClick Inc., a senior training manager at Novell, and a training program manager at Cambridge Technology Partners.

Jim C. has a Ed.M. from Harvard University in Technology in Education and a BA from Georgetown University in English Literature and French. Jim also has a certification from YouTube in YouTube Certified.

Jim C. works with Kyriakos C. - Machine Learning Engineer, Yoni L. - Selection Lead, Engineers, and Maxx M. - Engineering Lead. Jim C. reports to Manu Zenou, Head of Engineering.
