Ronit D. is currently the New Teams Lead in Isreal at A.Team. Prior to this, Ronit worked as an Associate at S. Horowitz & Co. from December 2016 to April 2017, where they specialized in cross-border and domestic corporate and commercial transactions across a broad range of sectors, with a special focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financing. Ronit also has experience as an Associate at Schoeman Updike & Kaufman LLP from September 2009 to April 2013, where they represented large banks, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical companies in commercial, financial services, and employment litigation in federal and state courts, real estate developers in real estate litigation in state court, and provided counsel to Israeli corporations on New York commercial litigation matters. Ronit's experience also extends to labor and employment law, where they have worked with legal matters involving employees working overseas.

Ronit D. has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Radzyner School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Government from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya).
