Sam Martin Jones, MAIB, is a seasoned contract administrator with extensive experience in the construction and fitout industry. Currently working at A W Edwards Pty Limited since September 2018, Sam oversees contract administration for notable projects in New South Wales. Previously held the position of Contract Manager at Hoskins Contracting, contributing to various significant refurbishment projects across Western Australia. Sam also served as Contract Administrator at ADCO Constructions, managing the Port Coogee Village Shopping Centre Project from design development to handover, and began as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor at Rider Levett Bucknall. Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from the University of Westminster.
