Pavel Borschevsky

Pavel Borschevsky is an experienced project manager with a strong background in managing large infrastructure projects, team leadership, and conducting negotiations with various stakeholders. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Netland since September 2023 and at A1 Belarus since May 2022, Pavel has previously held project management roles at Mobile Service Ltd. for ten years, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering teams and managing subcontractor agreements. With early career experience as a Lead Engineer and Engineer at Unibelus, Pavel developed expertise in designing and commissioning security systems, providing customer consultations, and delivering training. Pavel holds a degree from Белорусский Государственный Технологический Университет, completed in August 2008.
