Burcu Begic

Burcu Begic has extensive work experience in various customer service and management roles. In their most recent position as Director of Customer Service/Experience at A1 Slovenija d.d., they played a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of customers. Prior to that, Burcu worked at Studio Moderna, where they held multiple positions such as Head of Customer Development Management, International Telemarketing Support Manager, and Call Center Manager for various countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Burcu also gained experience as a Sales Representative at Zoni Language Centers and as a Customer Service Specialist at Mavi.

Burcu Begic holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Marmara University, having attended from 1999 to 2003. Burcu further pursued their education at Baruch College, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree between 2003 and 2005. Prior to this, they completed their high school education at Besiktas Ataturk Anatolian High School from 1992 to 1999.
