Patrick Darrow

Patrick Darrow has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Patrick started their career as a Mathematics Tutor at Chase Dreams Tutoring in 2011, teaching high school and college-level math courses. In 2012, they worked as a Web Admin & Analytics Intern at Statricks Inc., where they developed a dynamic web crawler and assisted with web design and database management.

In 2013, Patrick joined A10 Networks, Inc as a Network Engineer, providing support, troubleshooting, and recommending solutions for customer network and configuration issues. Patrick also conducted research on network components and protocols and mentored new support engineers. Later, in the same company, they served as a Systems Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer, and Senior Corporate Systems Engineer, where they worked closely with customers, provided technical design recommendations, and managed strategic accounts.

From 2013 to 2015, Patrick also served as an Assistant Varsity Swim Coach at Pleasanton Unified School District, offering technical advice to student athletes during practices and meets.

In 2019, they transitioned to Menlo Security Inc. as a Technical Product Manager, responsible for testing and documenting integrations between the Menlo Security Isolation Platform and other vendor products. Patrick also conducted competitive testing and built a private lab for providing competitive information internally.

Patrick Darrow completed their secondary education at Foothill High School from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Applied Mathematics in Fluid Mechanics from 2008 to 2013.
