Moustafa Mahmoud is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of Camlist since March 2020, Moustafa is dedicated to creating a safe marketplace for pet adoption. Prior to Camlist, Moustafa founded Cognitev, which utilized AI to enhance online advertising and marketing automation, and served as CEO of ShopShopMe.com, the first shopping search engine in the UAE and Middle East. Moustafa's earlier roles include significant positions at SAP, SAS, EMC, Oracle, and Sybase, along with founding Fadfadly.com, the Arab world's first anonymous online confession portal. Moustafa holds a Master’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, complemented by training from Y Combinator in 2021.
