Simon Metcalfe

Simon Metcalfe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and management sectors. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer and Chief Executive Officer at A23 since March 2016, Simon previously held the position of Managing Director at Union Home Automation from May 2015 to May 2023. Simon's career also includes significant roles as an Enterprise Architect for the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science and the Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection. Additional experience encompasses senior positions at Unisys Australia, Vodafone New Zealand, UXC Saltbush, the Australian Sports Commission, Barclays, and the National Gallery of Australia. Simon holds a Master's Degree in Management (Information Technology) from Charles Sturt University and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in May 2023.
