Technical Program Manager at A2e Technologies

Andrew Pavelchek has worked in the technology industry since 1979. Andrew began their career as a Member of Technical Staff at Linkabit - M/A COM/Linkabit, where they worked as a digital hardware and microcontroller designer engineer and conducted system reliability analysis. In 1989, they moved to Primary Access as a Member of Technical Staff. In 1998, they co-founded AirFiber, where they developed embedded control firmware for automated alignment and tracking of free space optics telecommunications equipment. In 2001, they joined The Maxima Corporation as a Senior Electrical Engineer. In 2003, they became a Software Engineer at RD Instruments / Teledyne RD Instruments. In 2006, they were appointed Director of Engineering at E-Band Communications, LLC / Axxcss Wireless Solutions. Since 2021, they have been a Technical Program Manager at A2e Technologies.

Andrew Pavelchek obtained their MS in Information Science from UC San Diego in 1980, and their BS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1976. In 2021, they obtained certifications from IEEE Educational Activities and LinkedIn for 30W Power Amplifier Design Flow using Wolfspeed GaN Large Signal Models in AWREEE Internal (PDH), Python Data Science Mistakes to Avoid, and Using Python for Automation. In 2020, they obtained certifications from IEEE Educational Activities for IEEE Online Training (PDH) 5G Enabling Technologies - MIMO, Multiuser MIMO and IEEE Online Training (PDH) Automotive Radar.
