Michael Cardone III

Michael Cardone III is the founder and CEO of A3 Global. Prior to founding A3, Michael served for over 20 years at Cardone Industries, a leading global designer, manufacturer, and supplier of new and remanufactured automotive parts. Michael worked his way up, rotating through different parts of the business before ultimately being promoted to the company’s third-generation President and Executive Chairman. Under his leadership, Michael led 6,000 employees and grew the company to one of the world’s largest privately held parts remanufactures. In 2019, Michael and his family successfully exited Cardone Industries, and he became Director of OWS Capital Investments, where he is still active today. Michael holds a BA in management from Oral Roberts University and an MBA from ASU’s Thunderbird School of Global Management.
