Carlos Bonilla

Carlos Bonilla has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Carlos started their career as a Field Network Installation Engineer at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in 2004. Carlos then worked as a LAN Administrator at Proactive Technologies in 2007, providing IT support and troubleshooting for multiple servers and systems.

In 2008, Carlos joined Forest Laboratories (now Allergan) as a CRM Analyst, where they oversaw CRM systems and integration, provided application support, and customized Salesforce functionalities. Carlos also worked on the integration of SAP CRM with Salesforce.

Carlos then moved on to Sleepy's, The Mattress Professionals, in 2014, serving as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Admin. In this role, they implemented changes, provided application support, and coordinated projects with internal and external teams.

In 2016, Carlos worked as a Salesforce Consultant at Figur8 Cloud Solutions, followed by a role as a Senior Salesforce Admin at Newsday Media Group, where they utilized their expertise in Salesforce administration.

Currently, Carlos is working at a4 Advertising, where they have held multiple roles, including Senior Business Analyst, Manager of Ad Systems & Integrations, and currently as the Director of Ad Systems & Integrations.

Throughout their career, Carlos has demonstrated strong skills in systems support and analysis, troubleshooting, customization, process flows/design, scripting, and various software and CRM platforms.

Carlos Bonilla holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Old Westbury. Carlos has also obtained certifications as a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator from Salesforce.
