Kaitki Agarwal

Kaitki Agarwal has an extensive work experience spanning across different roles and companies. In 2001, they worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Avian Communication. From 2002 to 2005, they served as a Technical Director at Cedarpoint Communications. Kaitki then joined Starent Networks in 2005 as a Principal SW Architect, where they managed and led Multimedia and VoLTE development teams. In 2012, they founded Parallel Wireless, Inc. and served as the Founder and Chief Product Officer until 2020. During their time at Parallel Wireless, they focused on making 2G, 3G, LTE, and 5G networks as easy to build as Wi-Fi networks. In 2020, they founded A5G Networks, Inc. where they hold the position of Founder, President, and CTO. Kaitki is responsible for building a strong team to run operations, product, and technology. Additionally, they are currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Fiberify, Inc. and as an Official Member of Forbes Technology Council. Kaitki is also an Advisor at Harvard Business Review and a Member/Leader in various organizations including Forbeswomen, DWENbassadors, IEEE WIE, Global Ambassador WomenTech Network, and WOTC VIP Member.

Kaitki Agarwal obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in the years 1989 to 1993. Kaitki later pursued an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Additionally, they received further education in Product Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education.
