Sonali Gholap

Sonali Gholap has a wide range of experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Sonali is currently serving as the Head of HR and Talent Acquisition for A5G Networks™, Inc. in India since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Exium as a Senior HR Manager-Talent Acquisition from May 2020 to November 2021.

Before their role at Exium, Sonali was employed by Parallel Wireless as a Human Resources Manager from November 2014 to April 2020. Sonali also worked at Altiostar Networks, Inc. as an HR Manager from January 2012 to August 2014. Additionally, they gained experience as an HR Analyst at GS Lab from January 2011 to November 2011.

Sonali's career in HR began at Starent Networks (India) Pvt. Ltd, which is now a part of CISCO. There, they served as an Executive Recruitment specialist from May 2008 to December 2010. Prior to that, they worked at The Bait as a Talent Sourcing Specialist from December 2005 to May 2008.

- From 2011 to 2016, they attended Sikkim Manipal University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management.

- Between 2001 and 2004, they studied at Cusrow Wadia Institute of Technologies Pune, earning a Diploma in Computer Engineering.
