Tom McIlduff

Tom McIlduff has extensive work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Tom currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of AA ir. Prior to this, they held the position of CEO Western Europe Markets at Liberty Seguros España. Tom also had a brief stint as CEO at the same company. Before joining Liberty Seguros España, Tom was the CEO of Liberty Insurance Ireland. Tom gained significant expertise in strategic planning and marketing as the Chief Operating Officer (UK) at Bank of Ireland. Tom also worked as a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group and as a Consultant at Europa General Insurance Company and BCG. Tom began their career in Engineering/Sales/Marketing at ICI Paints.

Tom McIlduff attended Queen's University Belfast from 1992 to 1996 where they earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Chemical Engineering.
