Kasia Fima

Kasia F. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and coaching. Currently serving as the Director of GTM Enablement at Mews since 2024, Kasia is also actively involved as a member of Sales Enablement PRO and Revenue Collective. With a coaching and consulting practice established through KF Coaching & Consulting, Kasia has held significant roles at various organizations, including Director of Sales Enablement at Okta, VP of Sales Enablement at Birdeye, and Director of Global Sales Enablement at Dynamic Signal. Equipped with a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach certification and a Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development, Kasia holds multiple degrees, including an M.A. in Applied Linguistics and a B.A. in English and Spanish from the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow.
