Dorota Rakowiecki has extensive experience in the field of accreditation services. From 2000 to 2014, they worked as the Manager of Accreditation Services at AAAHC, where they managed the day-to-day operations of the department and ensured staff adherence to process timelines and goals. In 2014, they transitioned to the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) as the Assistant Director of Program Management. In this role, they ensured that Accreditation Services processes met and exceeded the expectations of internal and external customers. From 2016 onwards, they held various leadership positions within AAAHC, including Director of Ambulatory Accreditation Operations and Senior Director of Accreditation Operations. In these roles, they directed the day-to-day operations of account management and scheduler teams, ensured timely delivery of services, maintained client engagement, and collaborated with Human Resources and Surveyor Services to ensure a sufficient workforce. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Accreditation Services Operations at AAAHC, where they are a key member of the CEO leadership team and oversees the day-to-day operations of account management and scheduler teams.
