Jeff Tjiputra has a diverse range of work experience. Jeff started their career in 1997 as the Coordinator of Micro Computer Systems at Labette Community College. In 2003, they joined the College of Southern Maryland as a Professor and Chair of the Business and Technology Division. In 2010, they transitioned to the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they held various roles, including Academic Director and Program Chair in fields such as Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing. Most recently, in 2020, they became the VP of IT and CIO at the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM).
Jeff Tjiputra completed their education in a chronological order. Jeff began their academic journey at Pittsburg State University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Following this, they pursued a Master of Library Science degree in Information Networking and Technology at Fort Hays State University, which they completed between 1999 and 2001. Lastly, Jeff attended The George Washington University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Doctor of Science degree in Systems Engineering.
