Tara Smith, MSW, LCSW, currently serves as a Mental Health Counselor at Magellan Health since September 2024. With extensive experience in mental health, Tara has previously worked as a Mental Health Therapist at Positive Life Changes and an Acute Clinician at UHS. Tara also coordinated programs for youth at FBCH | One More Child and managed license processes for foster homes as a Lead Licensing Specialist. An Ambassador at AAFMAA, Tara has demonstrated strong relationship-building skills.
