Dr. Rakhi R Pillai

Dr. Rakhi R Pillai has a diverse background in the dental field, with experience as a dentist in various dental clinics and hospitals. Starting in 2010 at Pellippuram Dental Clinic, they performed a range of dental procedures including orthodontics, crown cutting, root canal treatments, and scaling and filling. Dr. Rakhi continued their dental career at Government General Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram, where they further honed their skills in crown cutting, root canal treatments, scaling and filling, and composite building. In 2013, they joined Plasma Dental Care in India, specializing in complete denture preparations, removable partial dentures, and extractions. Dr. Rakhi then moved on to Kumbhazha Dental Clinic, where they focused on orthodontics, crown cutting, root canal treatments, and scaling and filling. In 2022, Dr. Pillai transitioned into a role as a medical coding trainer at Cigma Medical Coding Academy. Currently, they work as an ML Summarizer at The Applied AI Company (AAICO) starting in 2023.

Dr. Rakhi R Pillai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from Sree Mookambika Institute of Dental Sciences (Inst. Code - 203), Kanyakumari. In addition, they hold certifications as a Medical Insurance Coding Specialist/Coder, including a CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification they obtained in March 2022 from Cigma Medical Coding Academy.
