Vidya Vijayakumar CPC, CCS has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vidya started their career as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked on the backend of banking and financial services development systems for American Express. After this, they joined Bait Al Hekmah Management Consulting as a Medical Coder. Vidya then moved on to work at Healthsoft Middle East and NMC Royal Medical Center in the same role. Currently, they are a ML Analyst at The Applied AI Company (AAICO).

Vidya Vijayakumar CPC, CCS completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology, India, from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary education with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics from M G M Higher Secondary School in Thiruvalla, Kerala, from 2008 to 2010. In 2007, they also completed their Xth Standard from the same school, following the Kerala State Board curriculum.

Vidya received training in COVID-19 Infection - Break the Chain from Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) in May 2020 and completed a course on Infection Prevention & Control for Novel Corona Virus from the World Health Organization in the same month and year. Vidya became a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) from AHIMA in October 2019 and achieved the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) designation from AAPC in December 2018. Vidya also obtained certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in September 2018 and Complete Digital Marketing Course from Udemy in June 2018. Additionally, they obtained the ISTQB CTFL certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in April 2018.
