Prashant Ghatage

Prashant Ghatage is an experienced HR professional with over 13 years in the field. Currently serving as Manager HR, Alliance & Commercials at AAiS Global since November 2010, Prashant focuses on formulating and implementing HR practices aimed at employee welfare and retention, while overseeing the complete recruitment life-cycle. Previously, as Asst. Manager HR, Prashant managed training programs and employee welfare activities. Prior experiences include Sr. HR Associate at Arihant InfoSystems, where global resourcing for Oracle EBS Projects was handled, and HR Trainee at Delphi Computech Pvt Ltd, focused on recruitment for SAP user organizations. Prashant holds an MBA in Human Resources from IIEBM Indus Business School and a BBA in Human Resources from Shivaji University.
