Daniel Mackenzie-Wade is an accomplished professional in scientific and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Manager and Global Technical Specialist at AAK since May 2017. With a robust background in chemistry including a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Chemical Sciences from the University of Hull, Daniel has extensive experience in managing technical projects related to legislative contaminants, conducting risk assessments, and implementing quality and analytical initiatives globally. Prior to AAK, Daniel worked as a Chemistry Teaching Technician and Research Assistant at the University of Hull, gaining valuable experience while pursuing academic studies. Proficient in developing methodologies to ensure food safety and collaborating with process engineers, Daniel contributes significantly to the improvement of production processes through innovative approaches to contaminant monitoring and quality assessment.
