Sarah Satkus, SPHR, ACC has a diverse range of work experience. Sarah currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Aalberts integrated piping systems since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior HR Manager at Collins Aerospace from January 2020 to January 2021. From March 2017 to December 2019, Sarah served as an HR Manager at UTC Climate, Controls & Security. Before that, they were an HR Manager at Dwyer Instruments, Inc. from November 2016 to February 2017, where they managed various HR functions and programs. Sarah also held roles such as HR Generalist and Sr. Staffing Specialist during their time at Dwyer Instruments. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiter and HR Representative at Belden Inc. from June 2007 to August 2013. Sarah's early career includes positions at Teach for America and Follett Higher Education Group, where they gained experience in campus campaign management and training and development.

Sarah Satkus, SPHR, ACC completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management, with a focus on Human Resource Management and Marketing, from Purdue University Daniels School of Business. Sarah attended the university from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their degree, Sarah has also obtained several certifications. Sarah became a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) in December 2014, certified by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In February 2015, they earned the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM. Sarah's most recent certification is the Associate Certified Coach (ACC), which they obtained in April 2023 from the International Coaching Federation.
